The location is a short, easy walk from the train station. The staff spoke English well and assisted with check-in. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast offered tasty croissants.
I found that the noise in our room coming from the room above was sometimes unbearable.

the location was convenient near the train station it met my basic needs.
the room i stayed in had a noticeable musty smell the air felt damp and stale i think better ventilation or a dehumidifier could help improve the air quality it was disappointing.

The breakfast included tasty croissants. Staff assisted quickly at check-in! the room was clean. i enjoyed the short, easy walk from santa lucia station. the staff spoke english. the room felt comfortable.
I found noise from rooms above unbearable. I could hear everything. the floor lacked carpeting, amplifying the noise. management should advise guests in upper rooms to be mindful!

mixed feelings about my stay
good locationpersistent smellcity tax
the location was good, and it made exploring easy.
i was disappointed by a persistent smell in the room. it seemed to come from the vanity unit, and it didn't dissipate even with the windows open. this. a weird interaction with the check in about the city tax was not good.
